Referral Rewards Not Showing in My Parallels Account

Hi Parallels Community,
I'm participating in the Parallels Desktop Referral Program, but my referral rewards aren't showing in my account dashboard. I referred two friends who purchased Parallels Desktop Pro last week.

Details:

  • Setup: Parallels Desktop Pro subscription, macOS Sequoia 15.0.1, MacBook Pro M2, registered via my.parallels.com.
  • Issue: Referred two friends on June 25, 2025, using my referral link from the Parallels Dashboard. Both confirmed they purchased Pro licenses, but no $10 Amazon Gift Cards or status updates appear in my account.
  • Steps Tried:
    • Checked Referral Program section in my.parallels.com; no pending rewards listed.
    • Verified friends used my referral link (they confirmed via email).
    • Cleared browser cache and re-logged into my Parallels account.
    • Emailed support on June 30, 2025, but no response yet.
  • Environment: Latest Chrome browser, no ad blockers, account verified.
Is there a delay in reward processing, or am I missing a step? Any tips to track or resolve this? Thanks for any insights!
