After having to replace my SSD on my Mac Air, I'm trying to re-activate Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac running Mojave (10.14.6).

The product says that I should email activatepd@parallels.com, but Parallels seems to have shut off that email address, so that doesn't help me.

Issue is that at some point Excel is closed down and later on when the user attempts to run excel nothing happens, no error messages or prompts it just simply will not start or do anything.
Upon troubleshooting excel is still a task excel.exe is running in the background and did not shutdown properly, Ending the task Manually or restarting windows 11 and excel starts to work as...

I have a newly installed Mac M4 Host, new install of Parallels 26.3, and created a new Guest VM of macOS 26.4 via the Parallels menu. The resulting VM was about 30 GB. A few days later, I did a software update to macOS 26.4.1 in the Guest VM, and the VM disk now takes up 137 GB on the Host's disk.

Installed Debian 13 ARM version with KDE desktoop environment

Installed Parallel Tools by copying the installer from the mounted CD to a folder in my home directory ~/Downloads/parallel_tools

Ran the following command: sudo apt-get install -y dkms libelf-dev linux-headers-$(uname -r) build-essential

Then did: sudo ./install

The installer stated that it finished successfully.

I rebooted and each time I log in, I get a dialog...
