I tried it and unfortunately, after powering down the VM and starting it again, the problem comes back. So uninstalling and installing Parallels Tools is not a permanent fix (at least for me).In the end I worked with support to solve issue. The only permanent fix was to completely remove parallels tools, reboot, ans then do a fresh install. That's seems to be the permanent fix.
Parallels Toolbox and Parallels Tools are two different things. Parallels Tools are installed automatically in every Parallels Windows VM and are essential for correct function of the VM.Same problem here, this problem came after a fresh install of both Mac OS X and parallells - however I do not have parallels toolbox installed
Hello,Extremely annoyed. Parallels, please figure out the issue! Having to disable the Parallels USB Mouse synchronization device then reenable every time windows starts is NOT a solution!
