I can't access my account because my E-Mail was deleted Help!

    My old university deleted the E-mail that I used for my Parallels account and since I have lost access to the old email, which starts with alha0007@ I cannot use parallels. There is no way to recover the email address so I am not able to update my license to the correct new email, which is the same as the one I used to register on the Parallels forum. Please help me with updating to the new mail since I really need to use the software urgently.


    I activated the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro license on 28.08.2024 German time.

    The license number ends with the characters: M3CQEM
