Hello everyone, I'm trying to cancel my subscription for Parallels desktop on Mac but as of January I have stopped using Mac. The issue now becomes trying to cancel my subscription since there is absolutely no customer support email that I can find and for some reason, the email that I used to register my account with can't find the license that I bought saying that its registered in a different account. The only issue is there isn't another account. I have told my bank to halt any payments and block them until the issue is resolved as I have been trying to get this cancelled for weeks. How can I get someone from parallels to see this so that I can finally cancel it. Thank you.

It was previously registered to the email [email protected] [We masked the email as it shouldn't be disclosed in public] and we transferred the subscription to your current email. Thanks
