"Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit..."

    Hello, I have a new Mac Book Pro and want to transfer Parallels 11, which I bought two months ago.
    I intend to sell my old computer and erase all information and contents from it.
    The registration on the new computer fails because the activation limit is reached.
    On the old computer I do not find a possibility to free the registration.
    How can I transfer the registration?

    I wanted to move from an old mac to a new mac (deinstalled on old). Unfortunately i get the activation error:

    Your product license has reached the activation limit. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

    Is it possible to set a new machine to the licence? I was not able to find...

    I am in a similar boat. I just replaced the drive in my iMac and need to transfer the licence from my MBP to the iMac.

    I am having activation issues for the first time in years of using Parallels -- from reading other messages in this forum it seems I'm supposed to provide my keys in private messages, but I can't figure out how to do that?

    Like many others in this forum, I just bought a new computer and am receiving the "reached activation limit message". Since Parallels support obviously monitors this thread, I am requesting a reset of my activation. Thanks in advance for any help. Regards, Dan

    Hello,
    I need help with deactivating my Parallels Desktop 9 license on an older iMac so I can use it on a new iMac. I've uninstalled the software and installed it on the new computer but when activating it says "I've reached maximum limit".

    I've just got a new iMac and am having trouble with reactivating my Parallels Desktop 11. Like many others, i'm receiving the "reached its activation limits" error message. Could you please deactivate my licence key so I can use it again. Thanks

    Hi.

    I recently bought a used MacBook, and succesfully instaled my copy of Paralles 9. Unfortunatelly, a few days later this laptop broke with no repair options, so I bought another one. By attempt to install Parallels 9 on new machine, I got this message "reached its activtion limits".
