I'm having the same issue. I'm still using version 9, but still its a pain in the butt to have to go to the forum to get help.
 
We have 4 Parallels Desktop 9 Keys and have deinstalled it from one machine. The remaining Workstation were switched fom a 6-Core to a 12-Core CPU. Like many others, i'm receiving on this machine now the "reached its activation limits" error message. Could you contact me how we can reactivate this machine. Thanks
 
I have a new faster iMac that I want to move my parallels 10 into, but i get the above error message. How do I deactivate other machines so I can activate the new iMac?

I have same problem, just formatted old mac and restored onto new mac and cannot use parallels. please assist.
 
I face the same problem. I have Parallels desktop 10 for mac and install to my MAC BOOK PRO, but recently my MAC book has problem and need swap a new motherboard.(Same SSD Driver)
Now when I use Parallels, it remind me need active, but when I use my key to active and show '
Reached Its Activation Limit"
How to Solve this problem!!I try to call help services more than 20 times, but hard to call in!

I would call their moving to new macintosh framework as a snare to drive their clients to purchase more licenses.Please check your discussion private messages. Could somebody offer me some assistance with deactivating the one I no more need so I can utilize it on the new one? Kindly answer ASAP.

Please provide us with the license key which you would like to reactivate.
Also you can use this KB in order to reactivate key from 1 Mac to another.
 
Hi Parallels Support,
I meet the same activation key issue when I start using my new Macbook. The old IMac already uninstall follow the guidance from KB. Could you help to release the license on my old computer? Thanks.
