"Your Product Activation Key Reached Its Activation Limit..."

I tried the "prlsrvctl activate-license-online" but still get the error "Unable to confirm the product license". Trying to activate 11.

prlsrvctl activate-license-online

We have reset the key. You can try to reactivate it now.

I have reached the activation limit. The computers I was using Parallels on are no longer physically available to me to deactivate.
Please advise.

I was upgraded to a new Mac at work and I am trying to install my Parallels Desktop 13 on the new Mac with the activation code I received when I first purchased the item in March of 2017 (I can provide the reference number if needed) for my old Mac. However, I am getting the "Your product license has reached the activation limit." error message. What do I need to do to switch my Parallels desktop from my old Mac to my new one? Thank you.

I have multiple user accounts on my Mac and I am trying to register my paid for license of Parallels 11, however, I am presented with an error message saying I have exceeded my activation limit. Anyone know who can assist?

Hi -- I am having the same problem as everyone else, trying to move my Parallels Desktop 11 license from my old computer to its replacement. I have signed out from the old computer, but the new one reports "This license is already in use..." and if I click on "Activate on this Mac" I get the popup "Unable to confirm the product license."

Please reset activations, thanks.
