Hi, I am a user of Parallels and ive just recently re subscribed, but it doesn't show on my account and when I try to restore my purchases that section doesnt do anything. Further my reference number is 529374000. Please help, either cancel my subscription or atleast show the fact that I have an active subscription on my account as my product key is registered on my account on the windows desktop and online it doesnt but I get emails on the same account. Please help as because it doesnt show my subscription I cant even lodge a ticket for support
