[RESOLVED] Apple ID login in macOS guest OS

I'm really excited and I'm really looking forward for this. This will enable so many possibilities.
My current use case would be installing encrypted IPAs which are bound to an Apple ID, an according to my understanding, I shouldn't have any problems doing so provided I could sign into my Apple ID.

Question: Does this limit you to sign into the same Apple ID as the host, or could you log into any (new) account?
The whole split secure enclosure thing confuses me.

Ahhhh, new virtual of MacOS 14.6 on M1 silicon MBP and no it Apple ID sign is not cooperating any suggestions?
 
I am running 15.0 beta 5 - 24A5309e both on my MacStudio and my Parallels VM.

I cannot sign into Apple on the virtual machine. I still get Verification failed / Unknown Error.
 
Login to Apple Account in the System Settings app still isn't working. Running build 15.0 (24A335) on both host and guest. Only gives the same old "Verification failed" message.
 
I successfully downloaded macOS via the Parallels Control Centre, let it install, logged on as a local user first, then successfully signed into my Apple iCloud account. For me it works as intended

I forgot to mention! Host machine is macOS Sequoia 15.0, as is the VM, and Parallels is version 20.0.1 (55659).
 
Using 20.0.1 under Sequoia, I was able to use my Apple ID when creating a new Sequoia virtual machine, but I still get "unknown error" when trying to update account settings in the guest system.
