Hi guys, had this problem for a while so I thought I'd ask aorund:
I am using an Apple M1 Pro as the host running MacOS 14.2.1. The VM is also a MacOS 14.2.1, but the problem has been around before this version.
When I start the VM I can copy and paste between host and VM. Then I suspend and...

sonoma host
Every other thing seems to work fine except sometimes the macOS VM freezes for a few seconds before working. The most noticeable moment is during mouse scrolling.
The guest VM freezes and unfreezees itself after some seconds.
Any workaround on this will be appreciated.

I found the article at https://kb.parallels.com/128867 very helpful in explaining some issues I am having, in particular that I have described in my update from yesterday at https://forum.parallels.com/threads/cannot-recreate-guest-macos-vm-with-clone-of-my-macos-workstation.349736. The KB...

I have installed three VM's; two time macOS and one time W11.
But just at the W11 VM I can edit the settings - not for both MacOS VM's. There the gear is grey.
Any ideas why? Just note; actual I use a Trial of Parallels
Hi, I've successfully installed guess OS on top of Parallels running in M1 environment.
Now I'd like to upgrade the OS to Ventura, but I don't have enough disk space.
This configuration seems missing from the control panel (see attached).
Any other alternatives for how to change the disk...
Is there a place where we can get updates on Parallels' progress with supporting MacOS VMs on Apple Silicon M1 and M2? This is an important feature and seems to be a low priority for Parallels.
I've been unable to login with an Apple ID in the Big Sur guest that is offered at Parallels install time. The error is the same for my normal Apple ID and one newly created from within the guest OS.
Logging into iCloud from System Preferences generates a 'Verification error'. All generic stuff...
