Please disable the auto renew subscription it will end this July . I do not want to renew it because I will be buying a new full version in my different account.

hello I also need to cancel my subscription. I cannot find a way how to do it myself or even how to send a message to customer support. This is the only way I found. Please help me.

Today, I received an invoice for the subscription of the following product: Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 year).
The incredible thing is that none of my subscriptions are currently active. This exact same issue occurred last year; at the time, I thought I had simply made a mistake regarding the auto-renewal settings. However, this time I am absolutely certain that I disabled the automatic renewal for every single subscription under my name.
Therefore, I strictly request that you cancel any and all subscriptions associated with my account, including Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition, Parallels Toolbox, and Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition. All of these products are expired, and their automatic renewal features had already been deactivated. [1]
I look forward to your prompt confirmation of these cancellations and the reversal of any unauthorized charges.
 
I need to cancel my desktop subscription - my account doesnt show my subscription it only shows two previous permanent licenses and there is no way I can click on the subscription to manage the license. I dont want my license to renew on the 16th of July 2026. There is no way to contact customer support - no email address no phone number - The website is deliberately difficult to unsubscribe.
