We recently created a new VM and installed a copy of Windows 10 from Parallels during the creation process. We legally purchased a license key, but when entering it, we get the error:
The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)
We are not sure why this is happening, and the Windows licensing troubleshooter doesn't give much useful information. Any help would be appreciated.
