Parallel Toolbox Download video doesn't work anymore with sites like Youtube and Facebook

I was using my old MacBook Air few days ago and it still worked fine.
I got a new Mac mini M6 and activated the app on this one, now it doesn't work anymore...

MacOS 27.2 on Mac Mini M4 Pro. Download Audio and Download Video, and YouTube: audio will immediately crash the app; video will download and stop at "finishing download" and never complete, or will crash. Cleared cache files and partial downloads. Issue persists.

I am having the same issue, I followed an online set of instructions from Parallels and removed the toolbox to then reinstall it. Now I can't reinstall toolbox on the windows side no matter what I do. My windows program is now crap.
