No longer able to download videos

The Download Video app within Parallels Toolbox crashes shortly after any download begins. Running on MacBook Pro M2 Max, 64GB RAM, Over 1TB available storage, MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2. Toolbox version 7.1.0 (5405).

Another "Technical Data" sent with ID: 528875770. YouTube download initiated but status simply sits at zero with no movement. Actually it says zero, yet the .download file shows 160KB. Another download, I tried, shows 10.5MB, yet the actual file shows 160KB as well.
