No longer able to download videos

Please be informed that the issue of not able to download YouTube videos is known to our Development team.
Also, please collect a technical data report for further investigation. Click the Parallels Toolbox icon in the Mac menu bar > Settings (asterisk icon) > Help > Send Technical Data, and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this thread.
In the meantime, to keep abreast of potential fixes and updates, you can subscribe to this article https://kb.parallels.com/en/123955 and click on the "get updates" button to be notified of future updates.
