Help corrupted windows

I'm reaching out because both of my Windows systems seem to be corrupted. One was primarily for my university work, and the other for gaming. I'm really concerned about my files--are they permanently lost? Is there anything I can do to recover them or fix the issue? Have you tried running a system recovery or reinstalling Windows on the affected machines? That might be able to get things working again without permanently losing your data. You could also look into using a data recovery tool to see if you can salvage any of those important files before doing a full reinstall.

I recently had the same problem. I had all my university education information on my laptop. Thank God I was lucky and was able to recover the files. There were chemistry cheat sheets, useful articles, chemistry topics for project, which I had already found. I had access, but if access is not possible, you can use recovery programs such as Recuva or Disk Drill. You can also try to perform a system restore. If this does not help, you should contact professionals for data recovery.

First, try connecting your hard drive to another computer to save your data.
 
did anyone ever get to the bottom of this as parallels are not the quickest in responding, My parallels starts and then windows goes into recovery mode and Neve boots up, I need windows to work for work projects
