I'm reaching out because both of my Windows systems seem to be corrupted. One was primarily for my university work, and the other for gaming. I'm really concerned about my files--are they permanently lost? Is there anything I can do to recover them or fix the issue?

Upgrading Ubuntu Desktop from 23.04 to 23.10 results in the corruption of the boot disk and the attached screen appears. Does anyone know a solution to correct this ? I am running the latest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition on a Sonoma M2 Air.
