Last year, I have purchased a 1-year Parallels program because of study (AutoCAD)
Ever since I finished my course, I have stopped using Parallels in the last few months. Today, I noticed I was subscribed parallels program via email that I was charged automatically for another year. Given that I am not using the product anymore, I already cancel my subscription and if possible to process a refund?
