Please cancel any active subsciptions effective immediately and deactivate recurring billing/auto-renew. Today I received an email from Parallels stating that my subscription will automatically renew on 05/07/2025. But according to my Parallels account my subscriptions have already expired and they are not set to auto-renew. Please can you assist.
Hello. On the 07/06/24 I purchased a 1-year Parallels subscription. I stopped using Parallels and wasn't planning on renewing my subscription, but today I received an email where I was notified by my bank saying a charge was declined for another year from a Parallels subscription. The subscription is already expired and I do not wish to renew it, so I ask for assistance in order to cancel any recurring billing/auto-renew before the charge tries to go through again, especially since I was never made aware of or agreed to auto-renew the subscription. Hello Parallels Support Team and Community, I'm a student and purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition one year ago using a campus discount. On June 12, 2025, I was automatically charged $59.99 for renewal(reference number : 502632118), but I wasn't clearly informed in advance. I only saw the email after the charge went through. I haven't used the software since it was renewed and did not intend to continue the subscription. I'm currently going through financial hardship and cannot afford this unexpected charge. I reached out to Parallels support and was offered a 3-month extension, which I appreciate, but I am kindly asking you to reconsider and approve a refund as a one-time exception. I'm happy to cancel the subscription and confirm that I haven't used the software since the renewal. Please support your student users and help me resolve this. Thank you very much.
Hello. I am looking to cancel my parallels subscription. I am absolutely frustrated and baffled that I cannot reach out to anyone on how to cancel this subscription, especially when you show how to cancel but I am taken back in circles that leads me to a forum I did not ask for. I need this subscription cancelled and I since this is something that was clearly not up to my standards, especially since you offer a 14-day free trial and PROCEED to make it complicated and frustrating for clients to not only have so many problems trying to cancel but there is NO 24/7 support to reach out to someone to assist. Cancel my subscription now please and thank you. I have been going in circles like many others being taken to a link that doesn't even allow me to cancel the auto-renewal and then when you guys take our money when we have been trying to cancel and we ask for a refund, you tell us we cannot receive one. I refuse to let you guys charge me for something I don't plan on using especially when even though I'm using a free trial, the software was not up to my standards. I demand someone cancels my subscription or let me speak to a higher-up representative to resolve this issue because this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and disgusting with how you all run things.
