Automatic renewal & refund

Dear Parallels Support Team,
I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge for the auto-renewal of my Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition subscription.
(Cleverbridge Reference: 518500260)
Issue Summary:
  • I did NOT authorize this automatic renewal
  • I did NOT receive any advance notification or reminder about the upcoming renewal
  • The charge was processed without my consent
I checked my email thoroughly, including spam/junk folders, and there was no advance notice of this renewal. Without proper notification, I had no opportunity to cancel before being charged.
Request:
I am requesting an immediate full refund of this charge
I expect better customer service from Parallels and trust this can be resolved promptly.

I've just noticed that my Parallels subscription was automatically renewed, even though I haven't used the software in months. I canceled the subscription immediately after seeing the charge, but the renewal had already been processed.

Hello,
I activated the app via the App Store on December 1st, but I still haven't received my license key. Even when I log in to my account and use the "Restore Purchases" option, nothing happens.

I opened a support ticket (no. 5537226), but I haven't received any reply since December 1st.
Can someone please help me?

I have something similar, I got an email stating "You have subscribed to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year). Another successful payment has been applied to your subscription. Cleverbridge reference number 519580204" but when I login to my account I have only expired subscriptions. Please let me know what account you charged. Also, it is a shame and not really in your interest that I have to share this publicly because there is no option to contact support in my account.

I would like to request a refund for my recent purchase of Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 year), order number 524274792 (receipt number AKD-736123736347), purchased on 9 December 2025 for CNY 348.60 via Alipay.

I have not activated or used the license and would like to cancel this order and receive a full refund to the original payment method.

I have recently found I was charged money for online services on Dec 5, 2025. I don't currently possess any of parallel products or subscriptions. During 2023 I used a free trial while in college. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.

I have tried too put in tickets a couple of times but my ticket requests don't come through the chat bot. Please refund order 519360403 and cancel automatic renewal.

Same here - I recommend everyone speak with their bank/card issuer about what appears to be fraudulent business practices, and report to Better Business Bureau as well. That's what I'm planning to do.
 
Same experience, I have not been using parallels for half a year, now without a notice, authorisation or any kind of notification, this company have charged us for a year of business license. The "order" number is 523527209. I am reporting this and I suggest we escalate this together as I can see they are just charging people and refusing to refund unused license. This definitely fits in fraudulent business practices as @TommyF1 mentioned.

Hello, I have the same experience as all the other members in this forum I was also caught off by the auto-renewal I have not used your service in years my order number is "528900060" If I am not refunded I will be following in TommyF1's footsteps and escalating the renewal as fraudulent and reporting parallels to the better business bureau. I have already tried opening a support ticket, but it has been unhelpful

I am writing to urgently request a full refund for an unauthorized and fraudulent charge on my credit card.

Here is my purchase history:
- On June 17, 2022, I purchased a Perpetual License for "Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac" for 1,645 TWD.
- Original Order Number: 340734616
- I have been using this one-time purchase version ever since and NEVER subscribed to any annual plans.

The Issue:
On May 4, 2026, my credit card was suddenly charged 4,397 TWD under the merchant name "CBA*Parallels".
Shockingly, when I log into my Parallels Account dashboard, there is absolutely NO record, NO invoice, and NO order history for this 2026 transaction. My profile shows no active subscriptions either.

Your system has illegally charged my card using my old payment information from 2022 without my authorization or any active service profile.

Please have a moderator investigate my backend profile manually, cancel this hidden subscription completely, and issue a full refund of 4,397 TWD to my original card immediately.

I have just been charged for a renewal, however in the last few months, due to lack of disk space, I had stopped using parallels and thought my subscription would simply just run out. Can I please request a refund and a cancellation of my service effective immediately
