I have purchased 7 perpetual Parallels Desktop for Mac licenses over the years for versions 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 19. All licenses are properly registered and visible in my Parallels account.
I now need to activate an older Parallels version on an older MacBook, but versions 6, 9, 10, 12, and 13 can no longer be activated. Activation fails with the message: "Activation server rejects it" (the license).
This is unacceptable for perpetual licenses, even for legacy software versions.
I request that Parallels either:

- restore activation for these versions,
- provide an offline activation method or alternative solution, or
- refund the purchase price of all perpetual licenses that can no longer be activated.
