I have purchased 7 perpetual Parallels Desktop for Mac licenses over the years for versions 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 19. All licenses are properly registered and visible in my Parallels account.

I now need to activate an older Parallels version on an older MacBook, but versions 6, 9, 10, 12, and 13 can no longer be activated. Activation fails with the message: "Activation server rejects it" (the license).

This is unacceptable for perpetual licenses, even for legacy software versions.

    I request that Parallels either:
    • restore activation for these versions,
    • provide an offline activation method or alternative solution, or
    • refund the purchase price of all perpetual licenses that can no longer be activated.
