Macbook m4 Latest Parallels ISO win 10 arm keep getting this

Some software I am using references the Windows 'MachineGuid' value from the registry in LocalMachine/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Cryptography/, which seems to change over time for some reason (updates?). Is there a setting that prevents new values from being created orpreserves the value across updates?

Anyone now how to enable this option? I read somewhere that the VM may need to be off to change the network settings, and my VM is off, but the setting is still greyed/disabled. Parallels Desktop 20 for MAC
