Parallels crashed after Toolbox update

I use a MacBook Pro 2023 14" running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1. Two days ago, I installed the latest update to Parallels Desktop. Then I clicked to update Parallels Toolbox. After installation, Parallels and Windows would not start. At the Automatic Repair screen, I clicked Restart, but then I see "Critical Process Died" and it goes back to the Automatic Repair screen. I'm not sure what to do with the advanced options. I have restarted my MacBook, but no joy. I hope someone here can point me in the right direction. I've submitted a support ticket, but it's still a "Work in progress."

Hello Lucas,

Please be informed that we have located your ticket and further communication will take place via e-mail.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The very same thing happened to me when I installed the update on my Mac. During the toolbox install, the screen went black and never came back. This appears to be an untested update. Please provide the solution ASAP.
