    Hi ..still having the same issue..still no follow up response from Parallels. Been over a week here...can I get some help from Parallels here?

    Thanks Paul, it works now. BTW, if you don't closely monitor the PMs, maybe you can alert users to come back here and post once they've sent you the information.

    Same issue, activation limit reached. I'm unable to install the previous version since I no longer have the computer.

    Hi, I've checked your account and found only Parallels Desktop keys for version 6 and 7. Please provide us with the correct key (you can send it in private message). Then we will be able to reset it.

    I have an active subscription until march of 2017. This is my correct email as well, so you should see that under my account. I would be happy to send you my key, but cannot figure out how to send you a private message.
