YouTube video D/L doesn't record Audio anymore on my M4 MacBook Pro

    Parallels download video app on my M4 max MacBook Pro running Sequoia (OS 15.5), is not recording the corresponding audio anymore when downloading videos from YouTube. It used to work fine but recently it will only download the video w/o the audio. Is there some new bug in your s/w or have I accidentally changed some setting on my system which is blocking the audio to be downloaded? Can you tell me how to fix this, please?

    The reported issue concerning YouTube video downloads has been successfully resolved.

    Kindly attempt the download once more and confirm if the operation is successful.

    If the issue persists, please collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon in Mac menu bar > Settings (asterisk icon) > Help > Send Technical Data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply to this post.
