Hello @FUCKY1 We have made the necessary change, please use this steps to activate the Parallels Desktop
1. Quit Parallels Desktop.
2. Open Terminal (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app)
3. Execute the command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
and check it helps. Thanks, Shathish
 
I have sold my previous Mac and wanted to re-install Parallels 10 on the new one. Can't activate though. Grateful if you could have my key inactivated centrally (or whatever it is that you do) so that I can register with it on the new Mac. Thanks. /P

Hi Maria. I have two activation codes, I can send you numbers. My trouble is one is in use on this iMac, the other old iMac is dead and I wish to use the other copy/activation code on my new MacBook Pro. Trouble is I don't know which activation code is currently in use on this iMac. Anyway of finding this our please. Kind regards Bryan,

Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac Upgrade license is active on a host named "iMac". Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac full license is active on a host named "Bryan's iMac".
 
Many thanks, Having dug further I find that the upgrade 8PKRE6 is currently in use on the new iMac i5. The full version, ending SSH9NW has not been used since installing on the old iMac but never used. Unfortunately I am unable to deactivate this as no longer held so will install SSH9NW onto the MacBook Pro and . hopefully, follow screen notifications to active. I gather Parallels team will deactivate the old installation which is good for me.

Hi @DavidR22. Please quit Parallels Desktop now. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal). Inside the Terminal window, enter the command 'prlsrvctl activate-license-online' (without the quotes) and hit 'Return'. Wait till the operation completes. Then, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation.

can you please deactivate my Parallels 10 on my old Mac. I have a new one and can't activate.
