But this is a renewal on a subscription for the THIRD YEAR. I'm sorry, I don't have the box from FOUR YEARS AGO to put in the old key anymore!!! And each renewal seems to use the same key!!

What do I do, now I can't run parallels anymore and I'm dead in the water since upgrading to high-sierra... And there doesn't seem to be a support phone number that I can call....

HELP!!!
 
It's already been activated TWO YEARS AGO with the prior version... do I have to enter that version EVERY YEAR!!??!
