Hi, This update is failing. Any suggestions why? MS says Current version expires on 15 September!!

In order to proceed with further investigation, kindly provide us with the below information:
1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Take screenshots of the errors.
3. Send us a detailed explanation with the screenshots attached in reply.
4. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.

I'm also have an error with my Macbook Pro M1 updating. I've attached the screenshot of the error. Hopefully, I won't lose access.

I've sent in a technical report with screenshot my technical report number is 436392455

Hopefully, you can come up with a solution as my version of windows is set to expire.
