I decided to have Windows update on Parallels, but it has been stuck on the updating screen for several hours or at least half a day. I kept my computer screen on for a while, but that didn't work. I also tried closing and reopening Parallels, but that didn't work either. What should I do?

Will not offer to update to the latest version of Windows 11. Why not? The option in Settings of Windows 11 tells me there is a newer version of Windows 11, but there is no option up install it. On my real Windows machine, that option did show and install.

I have the most current version of Parallels 20.1.2 (55742) and no matter how many times I check Windows Update on my Windows 11 Pro VM I can't get it to update from 23H2 to 24H2. Any ideas of why or how I can get the update? Thanks.
