My parallels access window has been frozen for 2 days with the message "battery low" (see screenshot, in German). Yet the computer has charged since then but the message remains. I restarted the computer, deleted Parallels from my laptop and reinstalled it again (with the latest 15 version) but it still doesn't react and I still cannot close the battery alert message. I cannot do anything else since the mouse disappears as soon as I click somewhere. Could you please help with it?
