battery

I'm using one WIN 11 instance on my M4 Pro and I noticed working on it in fullscreen and almost exclusively on a given day, that it's heavily draining the battery, basically cuts the charge in half. Is this a know issue or to be expected? Would love to get your comments.

I upgraded my parallels desktop 16 yesterday to 16.5.1 and the average CPU usage is at 120%, previously it used to stay in between 40-80%. My battery life in one day has gone down by 50 percent. Has anyone else also experienced this ? Please suggest how to revert.
