I have a support issue and need to speak to someone at Parallels, but as we are a business, we don't have a twitter or facebook I can use to contact them with, as our support requests and communications need to be auditable (hence why we have email).
Who can I email to get support, like an actual professional? Instead of using social media which is locked down at most businesses?
I find it absurd that I even need to ask this question.
