Update Win 11 Home ARM version 22H2 to 24H2

I have a Macbook Air M1 running Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac and Windows 11 Home ARM Build 22621.4317, un-activated.
I've always been able to do updates and still right now it just updated all of my installed programs (Office, Word, Excell, etc) and also Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender, but it won't show me any update available to go from 22H2 to 23H2 or 24H2. Everything I find online on how to do this update manually never says anything related to doing it on an ARM type of Windows 11 Home.

So I kept installing updates and even though it kept telling there weren't anymore, I would click it and something else would get updated. I continued until 24H2 showed up but after it began to download it failed and gave Download error - 0x80246019
Now that update isn't showing up anymore.
I read the update needs 40GB so do I have enough on Parallels? I get different amounts available depending on where I look.
