Unable to perform the operation the license server rejects it on new license activation

Hi Support,
I've renewed my licenses in the past week ready for the expiry, but I cannot active my license.
I only get this message:
"Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it."
Now I am without a production versin of Windows. I've had several licenses and this one since 2017 with anuual renewal so I don't understand why it won't work this time.
Please help.
