Trial has expired, but it was Pro and I have a Business key...

Has anyone had this issue before?
  • Installed Pro version trial
  • Time expired before IT got me a key
  • IT purchased a Business version key
  • I've uninstalled Pro (3 times, rebooted as well)
  • Installed Business version, rebooted
  • Launched Business version only to be told my trial has expired
  • Key gets the green check, but when I click activate it says its reached the activation limit; IT says it should ask me to log into parallels, but this isn't the case
  • Need to completely remove ALL BITS of Pro version trial
