I have received the same error. I have logged in with the account we have used previously, but it appears there is another account associated.

We found that your key is registered with the Apple login "pts***@privaterelay.appleid.com". We suggest you use Apple sign-in option and activate Parallels Desktop.
 
Hi, same issue from me, I think it stemmed from purchasing using Apple pay... as soon as I went to register the key it said it was already registered.

Anyhoo, invoice number is AKD-73689705281. Really appreciate your help
