Hello, I'm getting the error "This license key is already registered in a different account." when I try to register the license key under this account. As an idea, I sent "forgot your password" requests for all of my 'other' email address in case that other account is one of it. I did not get a password reset email in all so I wonder what this different account is. Could it be the business account associated to my personal one? If so, would you associate it to my personal one instead (this account) ?

Please help as I need to complete this step for company billing purposes.

We can see that the key is registered with "***[email protected]". Please login using that email and activate.
 
I think I know what account that could be. It's the one with my middle name. That account got deactivated in favor of this one for simplicity. I no longer have access to that account so resetting the password is not an option. I've tried logging in just now using passwords I should have used for it but none are working. Assuming that is the account I'm thinking of, would it be possible switch the account owner to this account I'm using? I can private message you the key etc. I'll private messaged you the former account I'm thinking of.

i have the same problem like DrydenZ, I've already created the account on parallels, I have the key and everything but I forgot what account was it. Please can you help me?

We can see that it is registered with your Gmail email address. Please login my.parallels.com with that email to find the activation key.
 
I have received the same error. I have logged in with the account we have used previously, but it appears there is another account associated.
