Student License Log-In Access

Hi, When I try to log in to my universities log-in to get access to the student license discount i get an error message from the proxi-ID website stating:
Unhandled exception
An unhandled exception was thrown.
If you report this error, please also report this tracking number which makes it possible to locate your session in the logs available to the system administrator:

What can i do about this? I have a student email is there any way I can just get a verification code sent to that email? the student log-in does not work.
