I have selected all possible options from the drop down list to "Record audio from..." on screen recoprding. When I stop screen recording, it shows two files The MP4 audio file won't play on any of the windows applications. I've tried media player, Microsoft Chipchamp, movies & TV, and Windows Media Player legacy. The visual file plays fine, but no sound. How do I fix this so I get sound as well as visual?

To aid in troubleshooting this issue,
1. Kindly collect a technical report (Start Parallels toolbox, click the settings icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
2. Kindly provide us with the sample screen recording files. you may upload this to a publicly available file-sharing service of your choice.
3. If possible, please provide us with a separate screen recording taken while you reproduce the reported issue.
