running macOS guest on M1 host. cannot change VM disk size.

Hi, I've successfully installed guess OS on top of Parallels running in M1 environment.

Now I'd like to upgrade the OS to Ventura, but I don't have enough disk space.

This configuration seems missing from the control panel (see attached).

Any other alternatives for how to change the disk space of my VM ?
