Removing license key without having an access to my old computer

Hi,
I have two license keys registered, but need to remove the one assigned to an old computer which I do not have an access to anymore. Both are registered under my same Parallels account. How to proceed, please?
My account is now in the status "Grace period", I want to renew the license for next year, but only for one computer.
Any advice highly appreciated.
