Hi Arun, how can I "clear the temp files on my Windows virtual machine and perform clean boot"? I went in win 10, searched for TEMP directory but found only some text files. Should I cancel those files?

You can open RUN window and type "cleanmgr" to launch Disk Utility to delete junk in Windows. You can refer to the Microsoft article to do a clean boot.
