Record Screen Area - audio and video not in sync

Hi. I tried to record a video using Record Area in Parallels Toolbox. The video and audio are not in sync. Is there a setting to get them in sync?

Hello @JimP52, Could you please try to reinstall the Parallels Toolbox once and then check audio and video are synced. The latest version of Parallels Toolbox is 5.1.0. Thanks.

Hi Jim,
We released the new version of Parallels Toolbox - v5.5. It's supposed to address the issue. Kindly check and let us know whether the issue still remains. If it does, please reproduce the issue again and collect a tech report as per the KB https://kb.parallels.com/124107 .
