    Whenever I try recording with Record Area, I get no sound coming out from my computer while recording and when I playback my recording. The sound comes back when not recording and I tried other apps that can record and they were fine.

    toolbox unable to create gif

    i first create a video from Record Screen → Record Area then I use that video to create a gif. the gif then always fails. any ideas why this is not working?
