Quicken for Window Print Scaling Not Working

I am running macOS 14.2.1 on an M1 silicon machine, Windows 11 and Quicken for Windows R53.26.

I can print from reports, etc. from Quicken for Windows with no problem.

I cannot scale print settings those per the attached image (see the red box).

Please help me get this working.

I have reviewed the e-mail and it does not solve the problem (i.e., the problem remains).
It would be nice to get this fixed / solved.
