I can no longer print to Mac printers from Win XP. What is a work around since all the posts say that "Show Page Setup Before Printing" has been been removed from parallels?

I am running macOS 14.2.1 on an M1 silicon machine, Windows 11 and Quicken for Windows R53.26. I can print from reports, etc. from Quicken for Windows with no problem. I cannot scale print settings those per the attached image (see the red box). Please help me get this working. Thank you.
