I purchased a new Macbook yesterday. I expected to have to update Parallels desktop, so when I launched it, I hit the Upgrade button. I purchased the upgrade, and downloaded the dmg file.
When I launched the new version, I was prompted with a activation screen asking for the new key and an old key (?). I entered the new key, and searched gmail for an old key. When I entered both, I am presented with an error message:
The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.
Help!
