Presentation Mode No Longer Prompts, Just Auto Enables

So when ever I connect an USB device, event my USB-C charger parallels toolbox presentation mode auto enables itself. I no longer get prompted if I want to enable it. Is there a way to fix this? Under settings it says I should get promoted but I don't.

Please reproduce the issue and collect a technical report :

  1. Enable detailed log messages: Click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Click on the little gearbox > Preferences > enable the "Use detailed log messages" checkbox" > click the "X" button on the left side to close the preferences box
  2. Collect a technical report: Click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Click on the little gearbox> Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

I removed and did the reinstall. Still testing but the auto-enabling seems to have stoped however now I don't get notifications although it's enabled. Side note, aftering removing from applications I also had to go into settings -> login items & extensions and remove parallels tools from "open at login". This left over item was stopping application from running at startup, once I did this and reinstalled I was able to enable open when Mac starts
